You own everything we build for you — code, prompts, agent configs. Period.

We retain rights to the underlying platform (Studio, Marketplace, Garden) and to general patterns we develop in the course of work.

Cancel anytime. Pro-rated refund of the unused term. Agents you've built remain yours, exportable in standard formats.

SLA: 99.4% uptime on Operate. 99.9% on Sovereign. Credits issued automatically below SLA.

Liability capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disputes: arbitration under ICC, seat in Singapore, English language.
